Hi,
is the project canceled?We are waiting now 2 years and no official date is given yet. I am short before resetting my campaign to the FR?
Any news?

No, it has NOT been cancelled. The manuscript is completely written, fully edited, rejoices in new brilliant artwork that captures the Shadow World feel, and is having final layout done by Terry Amthor himself. We're waiting on ICE to sort out the contracts so that we can finalize everything and start selling it.

Ask ICE - they're always very slow at that ...
I really love their stuff ... but they sometimes overlook the obvious ... it would generate a lot of good-will if the items prepared by the Guildcompanion (Essence Companion, Castles & Ruins, d20 SWMA) could have their contracts signed and thus be made available to the public!

Okay, nothing from then. Any updates on the contract? I really would love this, as I have a d20 campaign going (on and off) that is set in the Norek region.

The contract side of things is now resolved, but Terry was delayed with the layout. We've got another expert in to help out with that and it is full steam ahead.

If Nick was to give a firm date - it might get blown out of the water ... there are so many different factors that can come into play ... that there's little point hasstling for a specific date. Of course, based on how things are going at the moment, it may be sooner rather than later.

I'm not going to curse the project by giving any dates. Once I can "taste" that it is hurtling towards completion, then I'll kick off the early warning system.
