For those curious, Decipher has posted a bunch of scans from the main rulebook at:

I have to say whilst the system and the apparent superficial nature of the sourcebooks (at least compared to 400 page monsters like Arnor) doesn't endear the game to me the magic system has got me wondering about trying to implant it in MERP (or at least a fascimile).
