  1. The Con damage is temporary and will heal once the person begins eating citrus fruits. Must make Fort save (DC 10) to be able to eat failure causes 1hp of damage while eating.
  2. Tetanus- opisthotonos the if a saving throw is failed three times in a row the infected person will also suffer suffocation damage.
  3. There is a 50% chance that the heart will be attacked, the character gets a Fortitude saving throw (DC 14) or suffers 1d4 permanent Con. This will happen only once.
  4. There is a 20% chance that the character will be affected by Meningitis; a Fortitude save (DC 14) negates.
